Review Packing During Sampling

Do not confirm a bulk order solely because a sample looks good. Review surface quality, neck finish, accessory fit, decoration, and protective packing together for filling and transport.

Container and Accessory Assembly

Inspect scratches, bubbles, molding marks, and neck finish. Review cap, pump, and dropper fit on samples assembled with the actual container.

Decorated Surfaces

Compare bulk production with the approved sample for logo position, print clarity, color, coating evenness, and metallic adhesion.

Inner Protection and Individual Packing

Review protection against bottle-to-bottle contact and the needs of finished surfaces together. Request individual poly bagging separately if needed.

Carton Setup

Share quantity, destination, and product weight, then review carton setup and stacking and handling conditions. Selecting inner protection alone does not complete packing approval.

Published JeongwooCos Packing Guidance

The existing QC and export article states that bulk poly bag, paper honeycomb, and cushioning can be reviewed as standard packing; individual poly bagging is discussed separately. This does not mean identical packing is automatically applied to every order. Confirm the final specification for the product and shipping conditions.

Define Assessment Conditions Before a Breakage Percentage

The published material does not state a universal export breakage allowance or compensation rate. The following is a pre-order agreement checklist, not a fixed JeongwooCos compensation policy.

  • Scope: distinguish broken bottles, chipped openings, and decoration damage; identify dispatch, transit, and receipt inspection points.
  • Inspection: document the approved packing sample, transport test conditions, incoming inspection method, and quantity checked.
  • Calculation: specify whether the denominator is shipped or inspected quantity. Do not combine figures from different packing or transport conditions.
  • Evidence: retain photos, affected quantities, damage location, lot and carton identifiers, and repeat patterns. Agree reporting deadlines, responsibility, and remedy scope separately.
